Update 27-Oct.
NOAA has resumed normal services again, so all weather related information should be available on the iOS app again. 

Because of an outage of the NOAA Dataservice, the ETOPS iOS app is currently not able to download and update any wind/turbulence related data. This is out of my control, and will monitor the situation, hoping it will be restored soon. I will post this when it is fixed. Please come back regularly to check. 

In the mean time. SigWx charts seem to be working fine. In order to only download the SigWX charts in the ETOPS iOS App, Go Settings -> General and Disable “Download Winds Aloft”. This will now only download the SigWX charts.
